Gadgets4All (“we”, “our”, “us”) is an e-commerce store based in Accra, Ghana, selling custom 3D-printed gadgets and Bambu Lab 3D printers with delivery across Ghana. By placing an order or creating an account on gadgets4all.co, you agree to these terms.
Most items on our store are made to order — 3D printed after you order, rather than picked from existing stock. Prices are listed in Ghana Cedis (GH₵) and may change without notice, but the price you pay is always the price shown at checkout when you place your order. Placing an order is an offer to buy; we confirm each order by WhatsApp before it's produced and dispatched.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order — for example if an item can no longer be produced, a listed price was a clear error, or we're unable to reach you to confirm delivery details. If we cancel an order you've already paid for, you'll receive a full refund.
We accept Mobile Money, card payments, and cash on delivery. Card and Mobile Money payments are processed securely by our third-party payment processor — we never see or store your card details.
Some products can be personalized (for example, custom engraved text). Please double check any text you provide at checkout — once production starts, personalized items can't be changed. See our Refund & Return Policy for how this affects returns.
Signed-in customers earn reward points on eligible orders, redeemable for a discount on a future order. Points have no cash value, aren't transferable between accounts, and we may adjust the earning/redemption rules going forward — any change will apply to points earned after that change, not retroactively.
All product designs, photos, and text on this site belong to Gadgets4All or our licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission. If you upload or send us custom content (e.g. text to engrave), you confirm you have the right to use it.
We aim for every order to arrive as described and on time, but to the fullest extent permitted by law, Gadgets4All isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this site or a delayed/failed delivery outside our reasonable control (e.g. courier disruption, incorrect delivery details provided by you).
These terms are governed by the laws of Ghana.
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the store after a change means you accept the updated terms.
